Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - The Indonesia Financial Services Association (APPI) successfully hosted the 2023 Member Meeting and Appreciation Event at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta. The event was attended by APPI members and several financing companies currently operating in Indonesia.

This event served as APPI's acknowledgment of the commitment and consistency of financing companies towards maintaining the highest quality and service standards. The ongoing development of the multifinance industry has ushered in a new era in advancing the economies of Indonesia and the world.

The event commenced with an opening speech by Mr. Suwandi Wiratno, the Chairman of APPI, followed by remarks from Mr. Agusman, the Executive Head of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Institutions at the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

The main highlights of the event included the presentation of the "Progress Through Financing" Customer Awards, APPI Achievement Scholarships, Lifetime Achievement Awards in the Multifinance Industry, and the Best Financing Company Awards to selected APPI members. In addition to the award presentations, the event featured a sharing session on 'Consumer Protection According to the P2SK Law,' delivered by Mr. Sarjito, the Deputy Commissioner of Education & Consumer Protection at OJK.

Indocyber also unveiled a product utilizing OCR technology named Fiducia Management. This platform serves as a link between companies and notaries, storing contract data and documents required by notaries to create fiduciary certificates for these contracts.

This product aims to streamline business processes and minimize expenditures through effective and efficient workflow. The technology presented provides convenience in multifinance business transactions, aligning with the theme of the event.
