Indocyber Global Technology also participated in the 2022 National Seminar held by the Indonesian Outsourcing Business Association (ABADI) and PERSA at the Royal Ambarukmo Hotel in Yogyakarta on Thursday (23/6/2022). ABADI is an association that represents outsourcing companies. At the same time, Mira Sonia was re-elected as the General Chairman (Ketum) of ABADI for the 2022-2025 period by acclamation at the ABADI General Meeting.

According to Mira, one of her work programs is for ABADI to create standards and certification for proper and healthy outsourcing management, both for outsourcing industry players and companies that use it.

"I hope ABADI can assist the government in successfully transforming casual workers into outsourced workers," Mira said in her speech in Yogyakarta.

She also emphasized that ABADI will be more selective in choosing new members. There are requirements that must be met, including having a permit, following regulations, and agreeing to sign a integrity pact. She plans to increase the number of members and types of membership. ABADI does not limit the type of work and only wants to realize healthy outsourcing that brings welfare to employees and advantages to the industry in Indonesia.

"In the new management, ABADI will also continue to campaign for healthy outsourcing to eliminate negative stigma in society," she said.
